Australian Government 5% Deposit Scheme

Buying your First Home might be easier than you thought!

Owning your first home may be closer than you think.

Under the Australian Government's 5% Deposit Scheme, eligible first home buyers can purchase with as little as a 5% deposit, while eligible single parents and legal guardians may qualify with just a 2% deposit.

With expanded eligibility from 1 October 2025, the Scheme has no income caps, no waitlists and no Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) for eligible applicants. That means lower upfront costs and a faster path to home ownership.

Whether you're buying an apartment, a family home or vacant land to build on, I can help you determine if you're eligible and guide you through the application process.
